Return & Exchange Policy

At KAWN, we want you to absolutely love the handbag you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

       A return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

       The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and protective materials.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

       Please share a clear unboxing video showing the issue from start to finish.

       Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted, as this helps us verify transit-related damage.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated.

       Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after approval.

       Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers will be required to share their bank details for processing.

Exchange Policy

       Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

       Reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable locations.

       If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to us.
